36 Mountains is an international festival dedicated to illustration. The goal of the festival is to bring illustration and drawing closer to the public, and also to present the best of the domestic and global illustration scene.
1,80 meter long concertina notebooks designed specifically for this project are given to each artist that was chosen by the jury. The artists are free to express themselves how ever they want, the only rule they need to follow is: use only black!
The main festival exhibition is showing the notebooks that each artist has done.
